Ontario man found not criminally responsible in wife's death, house explosion in 2018

A judge has found Udo Haan of Kitchener, Ont., not criminally responsible in the death of his wife in a 2018 home explosion, after a report by a forensic psychiatrist noted the 62-year-old had a delusional disorder.
