Florida girl, 9, dies after being crushed by a falling palm tree while playing on an obstacle course at the Smith Farm development

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office reported the girl and two other children were playing on an obstacle course strap hooked between two trees at the Smith Farm housing community in Lake Worth.
