Flooding hits parts of Northern Ireland - as 'nasty' Storm Ciaran approaches rest of UK

Parts of Northern Ireland have been flooded and people have been warned not to travel - as Storm Ciaran approaches the rest of the UK, bringing 90mph winds and up to 60mm of rain.
